1. Switch on the power supply switch and turn on the electric control switch on the equipment.
2. Place the prepared test workpiece beside the equipment (note that for the explosion test, it is best to place the test workpiece in the explosion-proof box, which should be provided by the customer), and place the corresponding sealing gasket (note that the sealing gasket is a wear-prone part and needs to be replaced regularly).
3. Operate the drive pressure regulating valve and adjust the pressure indicated on the drive pressure gauge to around 0.7 MPa.
4. Switch on the power supply switch, and the power indicator light will light up. Open the computer, double-click the test software, and open the operation control interface.
5. Open all the manual valves on the panel to ensure that there is no pressure in the system before the test begins.
6. Switch on the ball valve in the control cabinet and keep it in the open position. Release the air in the pump.
7. The picture interface shown above is the corresponding interface. First, click the Run button on the upper left corner. On the left side is the blasting test interface, where you need to fill in the blasting precision. On the right side is the water hammer test interface, where you need to fill in the test pressure, waiting time, test frequency, holding pressure time, allowable pressure drop and other data. And you can fill in the relevant information of the product and the company on both sides. Generate report content
8. After filling in the relevant data, you can click the Exhaust button to conduct a period of water circulation. Then turn off the Exhaust button. Open the Start button, and the system will automatically perform the corresponding time and display the pressure curve. When the test is completed, the alarm light will turn on and make an alarm sound. Turn off the Alarm button.
9. From the folder on the upper right corner, select the report file of this test, and you can export the report.
